In the spirit of collaboration and celebration, Phil Am BID and Access America proudly host the STARBlazers & TOP HATs “Giving Back and Beyond” Awards Gala 2018: Success Redefined. Join us in honoring the Pillars and Pioneers, TOP HATs (The Outstanding Professionals and High Achieving Teams), and Visionary Volunteers. The Awards recognize members of the community for their integrity and professional success and pay tribute to their selfless service in the true spirit of “giving back and beyond”. The Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce of San Diego would like to thank you for all your past contributions.
